Introduction Text Apostolic in faith, I am the wife of a wonderful man that God put in my life, and together we have three children. Hoping to fit healthy eating and losing weight into my busy life! I NEED to lose 50 pounds. For my family's sake as well as my own.

50 lbs by June 2011!! Florida here I come! Drink 8 cups water a day Walk 1 miles at least three times a week. Read at least one chapter in the Bible everyday.

Nutrition tracker has been a great help in showing me which foods are high and low in nutrients. Smaller portions, better choices, more exercise, and more water.

We are a Holy Ghost filled family that loves God with our whole hearts. I have followed Acts 2:38; repenting, being baptized in Jesus name, and receiving the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues. God has been more than good to me and I need to appreciate what He's given me in good health, by living a healthier lifestyle.

Apostolic in faith. Love my husband and father of my kids. Love my kids!! Girl age 10, boys ages 7 and 5.
