Hey! Couch to 5K, or C25K for short, is a 9-week program to take you from couch potato to running 30 minutes straight. I'm currently on Week 4, so about halfway through. I'm able to jog (very slowly) 5 minutes straight right now! (Well, it's been a rough week... but yeah).
As for eating, I'm just eating more fruit and veggies. I cut out bread this week, so I've been getting my carbs from fruits and things. I'm just tracking everything on here. Part of my motivation is to save more money; I kept eating out a lot because I was so stressed from work so now I'm cooking more. So far so good!
