October 2019: After summer of exercise and planned meals, I lost 25 pounds. I still need to record diet and exercise to keep on track through winter.

May 2019: Back to portion control and end mindless snacking at night. Hard, but possible! And easier in the summer.

August 2017: Back to 130 ville.....Yeah!

March 2017: Back in 150 ville finally after one year in 160+.

Almost Fourth of July 2013: Somehow I have snacked my way back to 150! Time to get serious until I am back to 130s!

Labor Day 2012: I reached my goal weight of 139! I am now in size 8. I can't believe I am able to keep doing this without any setbacks since April! This sense of accomplishment is my reward!

June 25 2012: I reached my goal weight 150 a week before goal date--4th of July. I rewarded myself with my favorite perfume, Shalimar.

My new goal is to be 139 by Labor Day. This will be more challenging, but I hope to keep up the momentum by tracking calories, and writing down my fitness activities. I hope to fit in my size 8 clothes.

May 2012: I need to again re-start my weight loss program. I went up to 162 last November 2011 (following an intense regimen of oral steroids for uveitis (eye inflammation). I am now in 150 ville and hope to get back to 140 ville within the next two months.

2011: I maintained 140 ville then gradually went back up (when I stopped writing my food intake!). through October to about 146.

July 2010: I got back to 140 by end of summer,

2009: I had gotten down to 140s by the end of the summer. I then gradually went up to 150 by the end of the year.

2008: I got down to 130 in 2008 (for a brief month!).

October 20 2007: I am now down to 139! I hope to get to 135 and then figure out my diet to maintain and/or slowly go down to 129! Yeah

January 2007: I am starting Sparkpeople at about 165 pounds! I have never been this weight before! I hope to quickly get back to 150s (wher I have been once or twice). If I track my calories maybe I can control my portions better and keep my weight in the 130s as my ultimate goal..

    Tks for stopping by my page. Those are interesting observations about dairy - wouldn't be surprised if I had a similar problem, but I hate to give up ice cream! I eat one Activia per day, which does help my digestion, usually a slice of cheese, and maybe some ice cream. I don't drink milk. Have fun tracking - I actually like that part of SP. Jennie
