My five year maintenance is coming up in August 2018!

3/2018 First page update in a couple years: two biggest changes are going vegan (2/2017) and beginning travel nursing (11/2016)! Big changes and the traveling makes it so fun trying new gyms all over the country and getting to spend times in more health minded communities!

I am done being unhappy with my (physical) self. I'm doing it the right way this time, seeing the results, and ready to keep the lifestyle that keeps the results. There is a right way and many wrong ways to lose weight, and I'm doing it the right way this time. If it's not something you can do for life, then why do it at all?

My Goals:
My goals are to continue to consistently track my diet everyday, work out most days of the week, and maintain my fat loss and muscle tone that I've worked so hard to get!


My Program:
For workouts, I like to strength train, HIIT workouts, hike, and occasionally run. I am totally in love with OrangeTheory Fitness right now! I also use YouTube videos for workouts many times a week and current favorites include Shelly Dose, FitnessBlender, and Millionaire Hoy. I am hoping to start cycling this summer as well.
