To answer your question, my start date to get back on track was July 13th. I've eaten in my ranges and stayed on track everyday since then and am down 17.1 pounds. What I've found is the hardest part is to get your brain on board to lose weight. Once you're mentally in the right place, the weight will come off more consistently and it's easier to stick with all the healthy habits.
