Hello! My name is Carm and I am in my last semester of college at the University of Illinois. I am getting ready to start my career and take my 5 year relationship to the next level.

My Goals:
My goal is to get into a healthy BMI for my height by December of 10 in order to prepare for my wedding.
I need to lose 95lbs

My Program:
 I am using the Fat Smash diet by Doctor Ian from celebrity fit club. It is very effective, and easy to follow. It also keeps you very organized and on top of your game. If you have any questions let me know


Personal Information:
I love music of all types!

My favorite color is green.

I love to workout by playing sports or watching my favorite tv shows on the machines in the gym. (greys, biggest loser, bones)

Other Information:
 I LOVE TWILIGHT!!!!! Go Team Edward!

    Hey sweetie, so tell me how was the "old person party?" To be honest I must admit that I have never heard of that, but it does sound fun. I think I would like a cougar...oh yea! If I'm single by the time I'm 50-70, it's cougarville for me! LOL!

    So how's the water aerobics going for you? I'm starting the whole hot yoga thing this month with a friend from work. Girl, I just hope I can handle it. They really frown on people that walk out, but I'm like 'okay I've fallen asleep in the sauna before, I've lived in Central America for a while (it's as close to the equator as I will ever be), so I think I can do this...right?' I hope so!!
