Introduction Text Hi! Living in Colorado has been a blessing for me and my family. Outdoor activities and pleasant weather year 'round is a great motivator. Good healthy food, great company, and a healthy life style drive us and what we do for enjoyment. Seven years ago I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis which crippled me with pain and depression. Re-establishing a healthy emotional and physical lifestyle with a lot of help from my family has helped me overcome many of my burdens. Being on the road to recovery and using SparkPeople web site to let me track my progress has been a fantastic uplifting experience. Can't wait to see how things go!

I'm looking to lose 10 - 15 lbs., increase my energy, and overcome my rheumatoid arthritis. I feel like I've got a great start!
