Goals for 2013:
1. Get back into the gym....been away too long and it shows!
2. Exercise 5-6 days per week
3. Get my daily intake of 8 glasses of water...really been neglecting this
4. Log into Spark everyday and track my food and exercise

My goal is to lose 45 pounds...I want to do this with a combination of exercise and healhty eating. I aim to lose 1 pound per week. Slow and steady wins the race!
My Program:
Strength Training: 3 days per week
3 Mile Run: 3 days per week
Cardio Kickboxing/Zumba: 2 days per week
