Here I am, 4 days from 30. I find that I have consistently gained a year, and finally I find myself at 150 which is overweight for my height. It's clear that my health has not been my priority, but I am not at an age where I can afford to ignore it anymore. I have been here before and I have made these promises before. What I can say is that I haven't given up yet, not on my dreams and not on myself. Here's to making my 30s the healthiest decade of my life.

Fitness Minutes: 2,589

My Goals:
~ Lose 25lbs by my next birthday, Dec. 17, 2015

~ Run a 5k by my anniversary, April 17, 2015

~ Be able to do 50 pushups by June 17, 2015

My Program:
~ For weight loss, I am sticking to a 1450 calorie budget daily

~ For running a 5k, I am doing Couch-2-5k app

~ For pushups, I am doing pushups each day and increasing the number by 1 each day

Personal Information:
I live in Charlotte, NC with my husband of almost 5 years, our two dogs Lily and Luna, and our cat Reese. I am graduating this spring with a Masters degree in Social Work. In a few years my husband and I want to move somewhere west. We are considering Colorado and Oregon as possibilities.

Other Information:
My biggest hurdle with losing weight has been keeping it off. Consistency is a hard concept for me in all areas of my life because I have ADHD. It means that I get very passionate about things for a while but lose interest in them and have great difficulty building permanent habits. However, I am seeking treatment for my ADHD and am determined to live the life I can be proud of despite my challenges.
