Have to lose it NOW!!!!!


Hi I'm Cala. I started struggling with my weight when i was pregnant with my first child, proud mom of 2, ever since its like i cant lose a single pound!!!!!!!!!! I'm interested in this calorie cycling but i have no idea where to begin....help me out guys!!!!!!!!!!!

My Goals:
I want to be back to my pre pregnancy weight!!! Also i want my husbands jaw to hit the floor when he comes back from boot camp!!!!!

My Program:
 I want to start the calorie cycling as soon as i figure out how it works!!!! Also i plan to start walking everyday and trying out some new exercising!!!


Personal Information:
My names Cala and I am a proud wife of an army soldier.... we have two beautiful children, a lil boy and a lil girl.

Other Information:
 I hope to make some friends on here and get some support and help in losing the 91 lbs that has rested itself on my behind... lol!!!
