After years of dealing with thyroid issues, and then being diagnosed with thyroid cancer - I am now well enough to start anew to lose weight and better my life/lifestyle overall.

SHORT TERM (30 days) GOALS: 1. get back on track with my daily supplements routine (on track!) 2. drink more water and make healthier choices (on track!) 3. get back on track with using my Wii Fit (on track!) MEDIUM TERM (1-3 months) GOALS: 1. be down 20 lbs (did it - 5/12/10) 2. start daily sessions to interact, play and train my horses (workin' on it!) LONG TERM (1-2 years) GOALS: 1. safely ride my horses 2. lose 70 lbs and keep it off 3. be self employed
