Here I am, about to turn forty, and determined to create the body that matches the real me! I am totally committed and so excited as I dream about how fantastic I will feel in less than a year! Sexy jeans, here I come! :0)

My Goals:
I am very excited to get back into my size 9/10 jeans and have energy to keep up with my two beautiful children!
I have lost 19 pounds since starting 5 weeks ago. Yay!
My Program:
I''m Somersizing - no sugars, healthy carbs, healthy proteins, lots of veggies, fruit every day, and also food combining. A bit of a learning curve initially, but well worth it for me since I can eat as much as I need to and never feel hungry, yet see great results consistantly!
I have not been exercising since I have a sprained hip and knee injury, but I will soon be back on my stationary bike, crunch ball, and mom-n-babe workout dvd''s! :0)
