I am enjoying life and this journey. I decided a while back that it isn't worth it to be angry, defeated, or full of shame.

I am the result of my decisions and this is a GOOD thing. This is good because this means that I CAN and DO have the power to make change in my life and to use my life to make change.

We aren't guaranteed tomorrow. We only have right now.

I am doing this because...
I want to be healthier.
I want to be thinner.
I want my clothes to fit better.
I want to have more energy.
I want to feel stronger.
I want to have NO limitations.
I'm pretty, but I want to be red-hot sexy!

I am DONE being lazy.
I am DONE making excuses.
I am DONE huffing up a flight of stairs.
I am DONE being in pain all the time.
I am DONE eating garbage food.
I am DONE thinking I can't do this.
I am DONE thinking negative thoughts.
I am DONE feeling uncomfortable in my own skin.
I am DONE.

I AM making active choices every day.
I AM looking for excuses to exercise.
I AM able to easily climb a flight of stairs.
I AM in much less pain.
I AM eating healthy fuel for my body.
I AM positive that I CAN do this.
I AM getting more optimistic daily.
I AM loving who I am and I accept my beauty - in any shape.

    Doesn't look like anyone has posted here in a long while. I hope you have gotten those 65 unwanted pounds off and have reached your goal.

    Go to Youtube and listen to my physician talk about weight loss. I've dropped 50# and have kept it off nearly 3 yrs now, since seeing him. He is part of a large group of doctors working to help us avoid chronic illnesses like diabetes, etc.
