Introduction Text I have been struggling with this for quite a while. As a teacher, the stress and chaos of the school year take over and I lose all interest in caring for myself. Summer comes, and I can get a handle on things again, but every year I get heavier and heavier. I am the mother of three older children, and fortunately, have a wonderful, supportive (ridiculously skinny) husband. I love being outside, gardening, knitting, hiking, biking, reading, art, music, movies, and am hopelessly addicted to HBO.

Right now my goals are to: 1. Get regular exercise 2. Lose 10% 3. Look at least firmer for my son's wedding in August

Tracking and using Spark.

I am a 49 year old wife, mother and teacher. I have gained a lot of weight in my adult years, but have not be heavy my whole life. I have almost never experienced losing weight, except for about 10lbs at a time. I do love exercising and eating healthy, but I am led astray from the stress in my life. I have figured out that much, but don't feel that I have learned how to handle that yet. I am working on it, and one thing I am doing is to use Spark.
