I want to lose 35 pounds. I now weigh 179 pounds and I want to weigh 144 pounds.

I am going to New York for my 30th birthday- Wippeeeeeee.
Only 7 Months to go and I want to be Healthier, slimmer and fitter before the BIG 30.
I have been on a health kick and trying to lose weight on and off for nearly two years, it is about time I did it.

I am finding it very difficult as I just seem to love unhealthy food.
Over two years ago I used to weigh 176 pounds and I got down to 145 pounds and I felt great, then we moved house an hour away from the gym.
To make things worse I also changed jobs that I absolutley hated with unsociable hours and I was sat down alot more than my previous job.
Due to the above over a period of time I put all the weight back on, so here I go again trying to lose it.
If I did it once I can do it again, however this time I have SP ;-)

My Goals:
# Drop 3 dress sizes
# Drink more water
# Exersize more
# Eat healthier
# Celebrate my 30th as a toned U.K. size 12 /U.S size 10
I am Currently a size 18 /U.S size 16.

My Program:
# Swapping fizzy drinks for water or juice.
# Opting for no cheese or mayo when I eat out.
# Going to the gym 2/3 times a week.
# Eating less takaways
# taking up more activity.

I love modern country music eg: Kenny Chesney, Brad paisley, Alan Jackson, lonestar and Dixie chicks.
My downfalls when I try to eat healthy are fizzy drinks, chinese takeaways, fast food and cakes.

    I struggle to eat healthy too....I have had gestational diabetes with my last 2 pregnancies and after the last pregnancy it turned into diabetes for life...ugh.....I love to eat sweets! I crave them constantly! It is hard to fix really healthy meals when u have big crew to feed other then yourself...kwim? Lots of casseroles and carbs....So now I am just going to try to make my own meals along with the family's meal. I am a big overeater. It is hard for me to not want seconds. I just do it out of habit. I have done Atkins several time and have lost weight with but then fall off the wagon and gain it back. Now I am sitting here this week thinking about what I am gonna cook for xmas dinner! This is such a hard time of the year to diet.....ttyl heather emoticon
