    well, i have not been on here for over a week....still annoyed at the hcg banning, whatev.....still doing the diet....cheated, got back in the groove, enjoyed some beer over the weekend, got back on it again....I am at a stall, and likely cause i've cheated! ugh...hubby has lost 40! he has a lot more to lose to catch up to where i'm at but it always seems just a little bit unfair that the guys can dump the weight like nobody's business. Hoping you're all doing well and succeeding....hoping to weigh in at a loss tomorrow.....I have been walking/hiking like crazy so could be part of my stall....building all that muscle in my butt and biggest assets! lol

You will find that we also have fun along the way. Drink your 8-8oz glasses of water a day, watch your portion control and walk. Use your fitness and nutrition tracker daily.
