First off thanks for stopping by my page.. It's 2016 and I am starting again.. Last year was a tough year for me, new job promotion,Elderly mom very sick in hospital, (but home now) Long year for taking care of both of my parents, I put weight on once again because of stress.. This year I want to make my healthy goals a habit. getting workouts in when I schedule them into my phone to remind me.. Eating healthier and making healthy eating a habit. I am Certified in Weight Management Specialist and Nutritional Coaching plus trying to finish up my certification In personal training. I would love to bring those certifications to life and start training people BUT unless I get myself in shape how can teach others..

My goals are to finally get to 160 lbs , feel better and not to let stress take over my life

My program will be one that will enable me to reach all of my goals listed above.

I will eat clean and make sure I follow my fitness and nutrition program written out.

I know there will be cheat days but I will be ready for them and no matter what life throws my way I will be strong and continue on.

I love to be outside in the warmer weather either on my bike, boat or out running.

I enjoy my 4 grandkids and I have been married 27 years !! My wife supports me in every way.
