I'm almost there!


Hello everyone. I am here because I have some "vanity" pounds to lose. I lost 40 pounds in 2005 however I have gained half of it back. I hope to come across individules with the same goals and struggles as I have because it will help me stay motivated. I'm pretty much at my wits end with this. I do various exercises 4x a week and the scale will not budge. I have noticed that I am more toned but I want to lost weight as well. Hopefully this site will help.

My Program:
 Calorie counting and I work out 6 days a week. Sometimes 2x a day.

My name is Patricia and I reside in NYC. I will be 31 in a few weeks. I have been trying to lose the weight I have put on over the last two years but I am having difficulities. Thankfully, I have not gained any weight in the last year.
