My Goals:
I would like to drop 65 pounds, by making life changes. Eating healthier, exercising for my health, so that I can enjoy doing fun things with my grandchildren. Like pliying tag and ring around the rosy without getting winded.

My Program:
 I joined a gym and started an exercise program. Trying to Eat cleaner, not totally clean but I am making cleaner choices. Drinking more water.
