Fitness Minutes: 1,099

My Goals:
1. Trying to get down to 150 lbs. This is the heaviest I’ve ever been. I need to lose 61 lbs [Edit: now 58 lbs to go. Yay, me!] just to get out of the “Obesity Zone”. Plus, my arthritis & one fairly wrecked knee are screeching: “Quit it, Woman! Cut us a break already.”
2. After 150...I’ll see how I feel with that & how to proceed from there.
3. Beginning exercises: stretching & low-intensity. I’m not to a point(yet!)of even managing low-impact exercises.
4. Definitely working towards getting back to my daily walking &/or biking. I miss them both so bad!

2.No matter how slow I go, I’m still lapping everybody on the couch.

My Program:
Learning about, & attempting to get Hubby & myself eating more plant-based.
Mostly working with knee exercises that my Orthopedic physician has me doing; also, stretching(I’m shocked at how little flexibility I have ??), walking in place on days that I can.
Researching BEST ways to exercise properly & safely. Going whole hog back in the day with aerobics is how I wrecked my knee - the first injury. Plus, I’m just so durn clumsy.

Happily married to my best friend & the sweetest person I’ve ever known. Cat mom.


Other Information:
Reading, music & photography are top favorite hobbies. I’m love jewelry-making & want to get back to making, selling & teaching it. I put it on a back burner & I really miss it! I’m also very much into most needlearts. Overall, I just love crafting & diy.
