    Hello BNEMOM! Im Deeds, and I understand your dieting delema and i would like to help! My Dietition gave me this diet where I lost 40 lbs in2 months time , now everyone is different but you may lose more or you may lose alittle less but you should give it a try for a month , or a week , just give it a chance OK here goes ( no more than 45g, and no less than15g of carbs per meal,1snack of 15g of carbs per day) remember that meat of any kind have no carbs but don't go hog wild with consumption, portion size should be the size of a computer mouse. thats it give it a try, i also have other info if your interested just drop me a line Deeds
