For nothing is impossible with God. Luke 1:37
I am devoted Christian and I belive nothing is impossible with God! I belive that God will see me through this challenge in my life, just as he has helped me before. I rember hearing someone say, "when God closes a door, he opens a window somewhere." Have you found your window?
After having my daughter, knee surgery and foot surgery I am at my heaviest. Its time to do something about it. Know one can do it for me. Time to buck up buttercup.

My Goals:
I have always belived in setting goals in life, why not in nutrition? I am more concerened with losing inches a size 12 jean at least would be nice.
My Program:
A. Cut calories to 1200
B. Healthy eating
C. Cardio 6 days/week
D. Strength 3 days/week
E. And any thing fun in between!
Personal Information:
I am learning to live again. I almost completed my goal in 2011. I met a wonderful man and we now have a beautiful daughter. I now live in East AL.
I gained all of my lost plus more and now at my heaviest. I am determined to make my self healthy for my daughter. I am having major medical problems that make exercise almost impossible....but after logging on seeing my post, "for nothing is impossible with God" I now have a renewed spirit.
Other Information:
I lost my mother Oct. 1, 2006 after she suffered a massive heart attack and underwent a 5 graph by-pass open hear surgery and several strokes. She was also overweight, had high blood pressure, and diabetes. While she was in the hospital, all my brothers and sisters spent alot of time together talking about the family. I then found out that her mother and grandmother passed away due to heart disease. It is the #1 killer of women in the US. I spent the next 6 months completely depressed and lost. Now I am working on acheiving my goals.
