Life is grand and I want to have a smaller part in it :D


Hi, I'm ready to make healthy changes and lose some weight. I'v been married for 38 years to a wonderful man and have one son and one beautiful grandson. I quit smoking 8 years ago and kinda just let my self go----WITH FOOD. I've started many diets, weight loss programs over the last several years. I feel that eventually I will succeed. I am very hopeful--this is my 2nd day. Other than feeling a little tired I've done well. Best of luck to all of us. Sincerely Glo ------ Not very computer ...

My Goals:
I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT AND BECOME MORE ACTIVE. I WANT TO RUN AND PLAY WITH MY 3 YEAR OLD GRANDSON. I WANT TO WALK 10000 STEPS PER DAY.

My Program:
 I'm combining the spark diet with some slimfast products. I am drinking 10 cups of water a day.
going to water aerobics 4 times a week.

 I am just a speck of sand but I want to be a smaller speck! I love to play internet scrabble and work in my flower garden when its not to hot. But lately my husband and I just want to see and be with our grandbaby JACOB.

    Yes I use that stove everyday, all day. We burn coal in it so its always hot and ready to cook on. We load it with coal every 12 hours so it never goes out. I only use a small electric range in the summer.
