Introduction Text I'm Di. I'm a 40 something wife and mom of three kids who is trying to slim down from my last pregnancy 16 years ago. Wow, starting a job, losing a job, separating from my husband and deciding to divorce AND moving my kids and I 75 miles away from my existing support network did a number on my weight. I got down under 200, but went on meds that have me near 250 again. Reworking the diet, then it's off to start an exercise routine I can stick with. Next step is to start walking again!
