One thing we were challenged to do is to update our SparkPage and post some goals.
I. I am doing the SP 28 Day Bootcamp Challenge
2. Walk 10 minutes a day, building up to 30 min a day in 10 min segments (Achilles calcification tendonitis requires this) Mon - Sat
3. ST 2-3 days a week M,W, and/or F

1. Eat less, move more
2. Eat a variety of foods, minimum of 5 Freggies & 8 glasses of water daily
3. Measure portions weekly to be sure my eyes are truthful
4. Chips maximum of 2 times per week (My comfort food)
5. Recipes ready
6. Grocery List & Shopping weekly
7. A variety of foods already on hand, perishables purchased as needed
8. I've followed this plan before & was successful when sticking to the plan & fitness
9. Can't clean a lot out of the kitchen because of DH, but I can practice self-control (that's why I need challenges-accountability)

Fitness Minutes: 52,570

My Goals:
*Track food consistently
*Walk 6 times a week and strength train 2 times a week.

Long Term Goals:
*Lose 20 pounds by April 8, 2017
*Continue a walking program
*Become more outgoing

My Program:
1-Measure portions weekly to be sure I am maintaining accurate sizes.
2.Walk 30 min a day 6 days a week
3-Strength train 2-3 days a week
4-Remember to have annual tests done

Personal Information:
I am a Christian who is truly blessed. God has given me a great life! I usually don't give out personal info unless I know someone, but I have just given the most important info about me.
I have a great husband and sons who are an encouragement to me on this journey.

Other Information:
I love to read for relaxation, or information, or anything else. My husband tells people I'll read anything, but that's not true:) I haven't read the dictionary or the encyclopedia from cover to cover. I am learning to quilt, but it is slow going due to 3 part-time jobs & life.
