8/17/2009 Hello, My name is Kelly.
My Sisters and I created a contest to see who could lose the most weight, But the real goal is for us to get closer as sisters and help us deal with all the hardships our family is struggling with currently. We all have had weight problems. I have been up as high as 200lbs and down as low as 148lbs, but I can never consistantly lose weight and keep it off, with all the stress lately I have put on 15lbs within a couple months. I have been married for a year and I want to start having children withing a year or two from now, but I would really like to be able to reach my goal before I start having children!

It has been a lot of ups and downs so far. This is sooooo much harder than I thought it would be. I have lost about 10 lbs and I can feel the exercising getting easier. I also have noticed that eating healthy is also getting easier. My goals is to reach 140 lbs before summer and hopefully 130 eventually. The one thing this journey is teaching me is PATIENCE.

So still keeping at it! Kinda stuck in the 150's. Trying to make my focus a healthy LIFESTYLE instead of just weight loss! Husband and I are trying to conceive. But even if I do get pregnant I will still continue my healthy lifestyle!

Starting another weight loss competition with friends and family. I have kinda strayed from my healthly lifestyle due to the stress of trying to conceive. I am going to get back on track and reach my goal this time!!! 130's here I Come!!!

Did pretty good during my weight loss competition but I am now just stuck going nowhere. Trying to Conceive sucks!! And my husband and I will have to have In-Vitro-Fertilization in order to have now we wait and save $$$. So instead of sitting around pouting and getting depressed, I am going to reach my GOAL!!!

My Goals:
I want to reach my goal of 130lbs during Summer 2011. Short term goal I want to reach 140 June 21st when summer begins

My Program:
-Track all my calories on Sparkpeople.
-Eat plenty of fruits and veggies.
-decrease bad carbs and increase lean protein
-Portion control
-Workout at least 5x a week.
-start with 30-60min runs.
-slowly start incorporating HIIT and stregth training

Personal Information:
I am a farm girl from Ohio. My dream is to someday have a big family and have my own business selling my mosaic artwork and crafts.
