"My fault, my failure is not in the passions I have, but in my lack of control of them."

2014 - With the new year once again comes a renewed motivation and determination to become my best self mind, body, and spirit. 2013 was a hard year with hardships, stress, and more mindless eating. My grandmother passed in September 2012 and it hit me hard. I swore off sugar, bread, and anything processed in search for a new healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately I slowed drifted back to my old ways. Now I've just found out that her sister (my great aunt) had a massive heart attack and it has once again renewed my determination. Heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity are rampant in my family. I am a stress eater. I eat when I'm depressed, when I'm upset, and when I'm happy. I have a passion for good food and sweets but I desperately need to get control of my eating before I do irreversible damage.

My Goals:
Feel good in my skin again.
-Feel comfortable in clothes.
-Wear a size 4 comfortably.
-Be able to do a 1 hour cardio session without breaks.
-No sugar, processed foods, bread.
-More healthy protein and vegetables and more water!

My Program:
I've tried several times and really feel a difference in using it. Plus it's free! So right now I will focus on my eating the most and do at least one form of exercise each day. I have NO cardio - my lungs always feel like they will explode so I need to work myself up to do a full workout.

Personal Information:
I'm from a small, country town in south Georgia. A few years ago I moved to another small speck of a town in called Temple. I love it here and it gives me the opportunity to enjoy the rural, country sunshine. I love anything artistic or outdoors.
