Introduction Text 6/1/10 WOW! I am in my 40's , have a terrific husband whom I have been married to for over 20 yrs and mother of 3 boys and a girl-ages 6 to 14. I have been Sparking Since Sept 2008 and lost over 65 pounds at my lowest. I'm up a bit - 5 pounds from a year ago. I started running back then and have ran 2 1/2 marathons in 2009 and plan to run the Orlando Marathon in 2011. I feel like the new lifestyle is sticking and I'm being a positive role model for my family. Exercise will be the key for me to maintain my weight. I've met some great people through this site both local and far away that I now consider family that are always here to encourage. June 2010 goals: Logging my food daily Run 90 miles (training for a 1/2 marathon on July 10) Lose 5 pounds Blog once a week Keep up with my teams SW 8/26/08 211 10/01/08 199........ 12 lbs gone 11/1/08 188 ....... 11 lbs gone 12/1/08 183 ....... 5 lbs gone 1/1/09 177.5 ...... 5.5 lbs gone 2/1/09 170 ....... 7.5 lbs gone 3/1/09 163.5...... 6.5 lbs gone 4/1/09 156.5...... 7 lbs gone 5/1/09 153.5...... 3 lbs gone 6/1/09 150.5...... 3 lbs gone 6/1/10 157 starting over 2/10/09-Wahoo I have reached a healthy BMI! 1/27/09 - UPDATE -I have reached my original goal -41 lbs down! I have revised my goal down another 10 lbs. I'm almost done!
