I have been a big girl all my life, even as a child I was large (although there was no reason for it then..) I was just simply that way. Over time though, I began to eat bad foods and in general just have an unhealthy diet and lifestyle, though I realize that part of the reason was due to being in poverty and not having access to the best foods out there. I have lost weight with great success on WeightWatchers, but as I grow older (and have since regained it all back and then some), I don't want to do excessive math to discover if a food is alright to eat or not. What I am doing now is moving more, eating less (and *considerably* better) foods, incorporating water into my diet, and some other things. I understand now that I can eat what I want, but in moderation. That is the plan I'm working with, and I'm hoping SP will help me along the way. :) One way or another, the weight will come off this time, as I want to live out my life as long as I can, and really LIVE.. Not just exist as I have done all these years.

My Goals:
I just want to get healthy and lose weight along the way. I want to be more active and have more energy, overall just feel better about my body and life. I'm tired of just existing.. I want to really LIVE the rest of my life.


My Program:
Changing my eating habits, incorporating more fruit and veggies, less fatty foods. Not really able to quit soda completely (yet) but am drastically lowering the amounts I drink. Adding more water as well.
