    looks like you are doing a great job toward your 10% challenge keep up the good work. Remember it is the process when we are learning about our bodies and exercise. So if you only lose 1/2 pound or 5 pounds you are getting closer to your goal and learning through this process. emoticon

    Don't feel bad about your one pound loss. Celebrate it. It is an awesome achievement. So long as the general trend is DOWN, it does not matter what you lose in a week.

    I think sometimes we lose perspective on how awesome we truly are, and we fail to celebrate the small losses. But honestly, each one is wonderful. Those small losses over time will add up.

    So go you! (And here's to all the rest of you!) We're achieving our goals and doing terrific!
