"One step in front of the other gets you where you're going."
I am 70 years old and desire to improve my general overall health which includes losing weight. My body has suddenly decided that I need a massive amount of belly fat that is resistant to all diets....just kidding, it just seems that way. I returned to Sparkpeople to prove this is not the case. Hopefully that will also improve my cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Maybe this quarantine is a good time to get ...
