I am a 34 yrs old mother of 3 (ty 14, em 12, and ash 11) and the wife of my high school sweetheart. I am the main provider for my family. My husband is also 34 yrs old and is permenantly disabled. I have been over weight since the pregancy of my second child 13 yrs ago. I started my weight loss journey at 271 lbs. I have already lost 74 lbs on my own in the last seven months by changing my life stlyes, bad habits, eating better, and exercising but the weight loss is gettling much more difficult ...
