I'm here to change "someday" to "today".
I have come back to SparkPeople four times in fifteen years. Each time I was successful. Each time I felt accomplished. So with this history in mind, I am focusing on addressing why I stopped using it, and how to make these changes all second nature.
I take comfort in knowing the program works, and I value the science behind the process.
It's up to me to diagnose and treat the flaws in my previous approach so that I am successful for a longer term.
