At Goal Weight... to STAY
I am back at my goal weight, and at goal weight I will stay. I learned important lessons when I got off track and regained lot of the weight I'd lost. But I recovered my FOCUS and worked my way back to my right-sized body in 2015.

One of the most important lessons that I learned is the importance of SUPPORT. Share my goals with someone who will hold me Accountable. SparkPeople is my "someone", and it's important to make a deep connection with the community and let my SparkFriends know how I'm doing, even in the rough times... or should I say especially in the rough times.
My ACTION PLAN:
1. In the moment of trouble, get support. Make that human connection. Reach out - someone will be there.
2. Breathe. 3 deep breaths go a long way towards recovering lost resolve.
3. Help someone else. Get out of myself and my self-absorption. There's always someone to help with something... just look around and lend that helping hand.
4. After a slip-up, simply resume on-plan. Permission to be human.
5. Above all, remember my reasons for wanting to lose weight in the first place. They are written down - reread them. Transport myself back to that time when I was desperate to get to where I am right now.
