    It’s hot outside, but Fall is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge and work on your healthy lifestyle goals? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of September. The challenge consists of 11 Teams that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges.     There's a thread on the team page called POPULAR QUESTIONS where a LOT of questions have been posed and answered. Take the time to read through it as questions you have may have been answered on there - and you may find some questions you DIDN't know you had! Use this board for Q&A only as it is something of a chore to wade through if you're looking for a specific item. (And for me to have to find the most recent question to answer!
