Introduction Text I would like to learn to live healthier so that I have the energy I need to face each day with grace. I need to lose about 15 pounds. I am currently not on a program or diet and I do not get out to exercise much, due to my busy work schedule. However, I am craving change in my life and looking forward to meeting some inspiring personalities on sparkpeople.

I want to lose 15 pounds and get fit!

Currently, I'm just getting started and looking for some motivation. I don't work out, but have a great gym nearby that I have access to.

I live in Tampa, FL with my fiance. I work 60-70 hours a week as a grocery assistant customer service manager. I find that I do not have much energy and am flat out exhausted at the end of the day. I'm hoping working out and eating right will give me the energy I need to face all my challenges.

I love my sweet dog Jewel who I rescued in Georgia.
