Just trying to look good naked
Update: I reached my goal of 150 finally and have reset the final goal to 135. I think that's a reasonable goal for a curvy girl like me. I'll update my pictures as soon as I get a few good ones. This weight loss journey has been slow but steady and I know I will be successful in keeping it off this time. 5/30/09

I've been dieting since I was 13 I've had some successes but mostly I've been chubby since puberty with a few years of thiness somewhere in the middle and a few years of really fat too. I actually had a bikini body a few times But I had to literally starve myself to get that thin ( Less than 1000 cal a day, 2hours exercise a day). I gained it all back and then some within about 4 years. I'm on here trying to get a little less than chubby the healthy way so maybe this time it'll stay off. I don't think I even want a bikini body anymore I just want to be in good shape and healthy.
I also want to work on being realistic about my body and finding happiness not based on my weight or what other people think of me. I can't please everybody I just need to make myself happy. I can type it but I'm still working on feeling it.

My Goals:
Update 5/30/09
I have a pair of size 6 stretch jeans that almost fit. I will wear them by the end of July.
I want to fit into size 10 jeans and be able to look in the mirror and be proud of what I see. Acheived!!!
My Program:
I'm sticking to the diet, just basic calorie counting and making healthy choices. And working out 6 days a week cardio everyday and weight training everyother day. Started doing Making The Cut. It still is basically the same plan I've been using, just kicked up a few notches.
Personal Information:
I'm in Glenn Dale, MD and open to making friends with anyone who is interested in living a healthy lifestyle. I love going to concerts. particularly heavy metal. I don't want to age gracefully I want to party (in a healthy way) until they force into the home. I also love scifi and horror flicks and of course shopping or shoes and cloths and electronics. We all have to have our toys.
