I am a Mom from SOCAL age (46). I have 2 beautiful miracle special needs children (10, 3). My children are a blessing and they keep me very busy. My health has been declining for the past 13 years. I have type 2 diabetes and elevated blood pressure. I need to take better care of myself. I found this app/website. My goal is to lose 73 pounds by August 10, 2016, to keep lowered AIC levels, and to eliminate the need for blood pressure medication. I hope to meet supportive people who can ...
