Loving Everything About Myself
Life is full of new beginings and endings. I strive to be my best at everything I do. I am starting with Loving my seft. Now it is time to take over the weight issue and be in control over that. In the process find new ways to enjoy life without it having to be food.

My goal is to loss 160 more lbs.
My Program:
I am recording everthing I eat, no matter what it is. I am staying between 1,100 and 1,500 calories a day. I am looking at the labels and choosing foods with low fat or no fat.

I always ask myself one question before I eat something really unhealty.
