One More Time...Again


I am a 50 year old teacher, who recently moved to Montana. I love playing games and being outdoors. I have lived in 15 states, Japan and Korea. I love to travel, which is one of the reasons I want to get into better shape.

 Straight up old-fashioned nutrition and exercise. I eat whole grains, fruits, veggies, lean meats and proteins and lots of movement.
