Fitness Minutes: 25,131

My Goals:
My first goal was to get off blood pressure and cholesterol meds. I have accomplished that! Now I want to continue to lose weight to get to my target weight, and increase my fitness level.

My Program:
 Track nutrition and exercise daily. Keep within recommended calorie intake range and nutrition levels.
Exercise 2 times a day for 30 minutes. Walk when weather permits. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.


Personal Information:
Originally from Philadelphia, but moved to New Jersey with my dear husband in 1990.

Other Information:
 Enjoy genealogy, quilting, knitting, various crafts, reading, cooking, listening to music.
Belong to Giving Doll group at our church.
