Hi, I saw you are the team leader of Slow, Fat, Runners. I wouldn't consider you that but I do consider myself that. Anyway, I have lupus and osteopenia, too. I started running to combat the osteopenia and my bone density is back to normal for my age. I wondered if you had it tested recently because you really do regain it. I also lift weights a couple of times per week. Used to do 3 days but play too much tennis now. Anyway, will probably join the team. I'm pretty slow and pretty overweight:) 2122 days ago

Yes time is always the big factor. I start Tai Chi Chaun as a result of my practice of Chi Running. I started Chi Running as a result of my becoming a runner. I added Qigong as a result of my Tai Chi Chuan.
Each of these require time, and the purpose of this change in my life was to have more time (live longer) to spend with the next generation. Time is not just the time to do it, but the time to do it right. It takes more time to be still and focus so that each of these is a mind, body and spirit activity, with each an equal partner.
Yes, finding time is certainly one of the issue we must each resolve and balance.
