One more try...


I've been at this for over 20 years! And Ive been with Spark on and off since 07...and it's about time to make this work, make it happen! I have a LONG road ahead of me, but it will be even longer if i sit here wishing it away and dreaming about it when it will be gone. Instead I'm doing something about it...

1st goal: 353.4
2nd goal: 334.8
3rd goal: 316.2
4th goal: 297.6
5th goal: 279
6th goal: 260.4
7th goal: 241.8
8th goal: 223.2
9th goal: 204.6
10th goal 190, but 50% weight loss is 186


My Program:
 eating smaller portions, eating less processed foods, and drinking water. Doing my strength exercise, walking and ab circle pro.

    Just checking in--Long time No hear.

    I thought I would say hi to all my friends from the NDYW group, to see if any of you had been successful, and or are still at it like me.

    Recently I rejoined Sparkpeople. I am back at it again; with good reasons.
    Last year, I was told I had had a silent heart attack (but PTL on Dec 15, 09 I was miraculously cleared of all signs & released to go home) Then this Dec 15, 10 I got sick again, this time it was a breast infection, & shortly after testing; I was told I have 3 lumps in my right breast. However, just days ago I was sent a letter that states that after review the Dr NOW Believes that they all are EXTEMELY HIGHLY LIKELY BENIGN.....
    Which of Course is another Huge PTL. But I realized that I have been given my Life back twice, & even though I meant to do better last year like usual life & the Kids activities got in the way.
    However, this time around I realize I can no longer live the way I have been living, & I am embracing CHANGE.
    Since Dec 21st I have lost a total of 12.2 lbs. :-)

    I Hope all is well with you, & that you are still fighting the good fight. Write me some time, I would love to hear about whats going on with you.
