This Grandma is getting in shape!


After the stress of a job change.....and moving to my new home state of TEXAS........it's time to get serious about losing weight! This is it..........let's get started! My husband is a pastor. We were missionaries in East Africa for 13 years. I have three children and two grandbabies. God is so good!

Arlington, TX is home.

Other Information:
 I lived in East Africa for 13 years as a missionary. While there, it was interesting to see people thin out during the drought seasons.....then they would fatten up during good times. They love to be fat....wow....we are in the wrong culture!!

Now, my husband is the pastor of a church in Texas. This is new territory for us....our church in Africa met under a tree! We''re blessed with a beautiful building here and a wonderful church family.
