I Can Do Anything
The Flylady (flylady.net) taught me that "I can do anything for 15 minutes" (declutter, clean, exercise). It was certainly gratifying when I discovered how stressed I was when I was living in clutter and how a quick change of attitude and 15 mins. would let me soar.
Now it's time to extend this motto to all other health related aspects of my life. In particular, I need to accept the philosophy in relation to food/fitness--WELLness!
