I am wanting to lose weight to get healthier and live longer. I am tired of being overweight and having to shop for "huge clothes." I want to be able to walk into any store and be able to purchase clothes that actually fit. I have been overweight most of my life and am so sick and tired of it. I want to be healthier and feel good about myself.

I am going to reward myself when I lose some of the weight. I think this is the key. Don't concentrate on the big picture but set small goals for yourself. Mine is 10 pounds a month. When i lose 50 I am going to buy myself a day at a spa. I believe this is a great accomplishment and I should be rewarded. As of today 3-30, I have lost a total of 34 pounds so maybe by June, I can get that massage!! Take baby steps...and you will make it...

Fitness Minutes: 3,798

My Goals:
I would like to loose 100 pounds over the next year. I would like to do this by losing 10 pounds each month and that gives me a little margin for error. I also want to drink more water and start exercising more.

My Program:
I have joined Weight Watchers and have been very successful so far. I have finally realized you must change your lifestyle and not starve yourself as I have done so many times in the past trying to lose weight!

Personal Information:
I am 36 years old. I would like to lose 150pounds over the next couple of years. I have a job that I sit most of the time so it's easy to gain the weight.

Other Information:
I love to listen to Books on CD. Anything by James Patterson, Karen Robards or Dean Koontz. I don't have much time to read books because of my two little ones (ages 3 & 5).
