I think I just being impatient as it has only been 4 weeks that I have been in full force exercising 5 days a week for an hour each time and tracking my food intake. I have lost 4.2 lbs. in this time!! My short term goal is to be a size 14 by my birthday on Oct. 17 that is about 4 more weeks to go!! I will measure on Sept.24 to see what inches I have lost. We will lose the inches first and hopefully the last 30+ lbs. will come off too!! If any expects are viewing these posts; please let us know if we are doing everything we can !! Thank you!! keep it up as it does help with the stress and energy levels for sure!! LET'S NOT STOP!! WE CAN DO IT!! Have a BLESSED and beautiful day!!

I am following your post because I'm having the same problem. Looking forward to some insight.

I work out 5 days a week for an hour ; MWF I do aerobics with stretching and on T TH I do 30 minutes on my treadmill and 30 minutes on my universal gym with floor exercises. I started back up with SPARK PEOPLE on Aug, 18th and have only lost 2 lbs. I follow the nutritional guidelines and keep track. I am staying within all perimeters, What am I doing wrong? Am I being to impatient? I have about 30 to 45 lbs. to go to meet my goal by end of April 2015.
