Apparently I'm on a roll! It's just a short one but it's the most consistent I have been in a while, if ever. I have exercised for 4 days in a row now and increased my time each day. This is quite a feat because I am very unfit and spend most of my time sitting or lying down. I don't like to exercise because it hurts. I have found that dancing to the radio is tolerable and I'm working it for all it's worth. I have also stuck with my eating program for the last 5 days and the plan is to stick to it. Now that I realize that I am creating a new lifestyle instead of enduring yet another diet, I get it! Enduring means riding it out until it's over, a new lifestyle means ongoing and lasting change that I can live with, and living is my goal emoticon
