That is such a good point. Getting back to work definitely adds a bit of challenges to both exercising and food planning, but having a kid to make lunch for has made it a bit easier as I then also just prepare lunch for myself. But I think you're right, that planning and prepping ahead might take a bit of time, but would save me from bad food choices. Thanks for posting

You can do this! Remember you are worth it! I’ve gotta say for me .... prepping my foods really pays off. At first I thought it was too time consuming... but I’ve learned a few minutes of food prepping really goes along way.

Still trying to find my way around this site - but think I'm getting a hang of it. Today i start work after 6 weeks vacation. I need to plan my lunches and my exercises wisely so as to stay on track. After one week I've shed 2 kilos and of course that adds to my motivation to stay the course 😊 Yay

Hi guys.
I'm really excited to be here and look forward to using this site as a motivational factor to finally shed the weight that I don't really need ;-)
I'm currently at my heaviest EVER, and have quite a long ways to go before I'm back in normal BMI range. I am feeling great about the process and look forward to checking in weekly and taking charge of this part of my life too.
I've started with a 30 day yoga challenge alongside my strength and cardio, which is great.
Next week I'm back at work and that will take a bit of planning both with fitness and meal planning. For now I'm positive and looking forward to it.
