VERY happy, again, as I have not exercised (only worked) this entire week. I have to come home late again today to do homework but I'm hoping tomorrow to make time for a walk or some home exercises.
SO close to having met BOTH goals (was NOT expecting, I usually show more results in measurements than in scale weight)
